TGI Solar Sets Up New Entity With GreenRG Management, Introduces LED and Solar Products to Jamaica
RED BANK, NJ – 6/22/2010 - TGI Solar Power Group (TSPG), provider of solar and other clean technology products and solutions, announced today that it set up a new entity with GreenRG Management and introduced its products to Jamaica.

As per the initial agreement with GreenRG Management, the two parties set up a new entity, TGI Green Technologies, Inc. Alfred M. Heyer, Chief Operating Officer of the new entity, went to Jamaica, to introduce its patented proprietary LED and solar products.
